WHERE HAVE THE BANDITS FOUND REFUGE?

The tragic events in Andijan in May 2005, when the Uzbek authorities prevented the terrorist attack of the militants, who had planned creating a medieval caliphate on the territory of Ferghana Valley, are gradually becoming a thing of the past.

It seems like all dots have been put, the bandits and killers have got what they deserved in accordance with the ruling of the court, which, by the way, was attended by foreign diplomats and journalists. And the propagandist and deceitful clichés like the “Andijan slaughter” or “firing at the peaceful demonstrators”, which some Western media had at that time treated their naïve readers with, have become a forgotten and unnecessary rubbish.

However, from time to time, especially during the anniversaries of the Andijan events, one can read articles on the internet, which suddenly reveal that some participants of those events, who had managed to escape abroad from the deserved punishment and found a “warm” refuge in some European capitals or the USA, not only peacefully drink whiskey in the bars, but also make speeches somewhere, unite with someone and convene something, that is, have not given up their absurd and criminal ideas.

When I first heard of creation in the German city of Düsseldorf of an organization named “Andijan – justice and revival”, where the escaped participants of the armed bands that organized the bloody slaughter in this Uzbek city in May 2005, have entrenched, there was no end to my indignation. How could they use such sacred words in the name of their criminal organization? What justice are they talking about?

I remember how in the Supreme Court building, which in 2005 hosted the trial over the Andijan events participants, many people, including foreign journalists, could hardly hold back their tears. I still cannot forget the facts spoken there. For example, there was an unsuspecting young couple, who was coming back from a maternity hospital with their relatives and a newborn baby on a Zhiguli car, when the militants opened a heavy fire on them from the submachine guns without any warning. The car turned down and most of the people died. The happy event that the big family had been expecting impatiently turned into a bloody nightmare. And these degenerates are now calling for “justice” and “revival”?

When I learnt that someone called N.Maksudov is heading this organization, I asked myself bewilderedly: is he that Nurillo Maksudov, the killer and provoker, the akromist and bandit, who was one of the active organizers of the bloody unrest in Andijan in May 2005? How can this be true? It turned out it can…

It was this native of Andijan region, who stained himself with blood and concrete crimes, that become the “watcher” over the akromists who built their nest in Germany.

Maksudov got involved in Akromiya back in 1996, and on the personal order of the creator of this extremist organization Akrom Yuldashev, he was assigned to be the leader of the so called “vosita” in Andijan. Under the leadership of Nurillo, weekly meetings with young people on the book “The way to truth” were held, where the necessity for creation of the medieval caliphate and the overthrowing of the current ruling regimes in the whole Central Asia was substantiated.

In February 2005, Maksudov and his accomplices organized a picket near the Andijan city court building. During the tragic events in this city in May 2005, he was the leading member of staff and one of the main organizers of the terrorist acts, pogroms and killings of innocent people. In particular, it was according to his order that the city’s prosecutor and three military servicemen were shot. He personally opened fire towards the military, provoking them to backfire, while he was hiding behind the peaceful citizens.

After the failure of the terrorist action, Maksudov with other remaining bandits and akromists escaped to Kyrgyzstan, where he stayed in the camp of the “refugees”, created by the UNHCR. He then managed to receive the “refugee” status and was taken to Germany where he currently lives with his family.

That is the person, whose real place is in prison, but who has become the leader of the “justice and revival” organization. So what are the goals of this organization?

The main one is “rehabilitation of the participants of the May 2005 events in Andijan”. It is clear that by “participants” one should understand those who destroyed, killed and burnt. It is true that this organization provides certain financial help to those who “suffered” as a result of the tragic events in Andijan, but for some reason only to the close relatives of the organization’s leaders.

Nurillo Maksudov regularly provides care about his relatives who remained in Andijan. They boast before their neighbors that they monthly receive several thousands of dollars from Nurillo. By the way, the Charter of the “Andijan – justice and revival” organization clearly state, that its main goal is providing humanitarian help to the refugees, the exiled and the (formerly) imprisoned, as well as members of their families, but in no way for supporting the relatives of the leader of the party, who lives abroad.

As one can see, large financial resources, annually gathered by Germany’s akromists, are used for not so “noble” goals…

Reading the abovementioned articles, one gets amazed by the hypocrisy of some representatives of the Western countries, who like speaking about democracy, rule of law and other human values, but when it comes to real deeds they don’t mind giving shelter to real bandits and killers. It should not come as a coincidence that in one of the Swiss cities the leaders of a party, which names itself as an oppositional to the present authorities of Uzbekistan, held meetings with Nurillo Maksudov to discuss issues of uniting the “Uzbek opposition”. Indeed, birds of a feather flock together…

Nobody in Uzbekistan knows anything about this “opposition” in Uzbekistan. They have no clear program or constructive proposals about the future of our country. Their uniting with inveterate killers demonstrates a lot, and firstly their real plans and intentions, which have nothing in common with peaceful goals.

Even more surprising are certain statements of the representatives of this elite, who, speaking from high tribunes, at times stress that Akromiya is a moderate movement, and akromists are peaceful believers. This is not a clear folly or a deep thoughtlessness, but a gross slander and hypocrisy, which will sooner or later boomerang against the very authors of these “profound” conclusions.

The role of the akromists in the Andijan events for all objectively thinking people is unambiguous and causes no doubt. Hundreds of those who suffered from these people’s hands demanded the most serious punishment for the terrorists at the open trial in the Supreme Court in 2005, in the presence of the foreign correspondents. They demanded justice with tears in their eyes, because they witnessed how “peaceful” akromists killed their relatives, burnt the cinema house and cars, drove the residents of Andijan with the butts of their guns to the “peaceful” demonstration…

LES BANDITS, OÙ ONT-ILS TROUVE UN ABRI?

Les événements tragiques survenus en Andijan en mai 2005 quand les
autorités ouzbèkes ont empêché des attentats terroristes de bandes
d'hommes armés qui prévoyaient de créer dans la vallée de Ferghana un
califat médiéval, peu à peu s'estompent. Il semblerait que tous les
points de cette ancienne histoire aient trouvé leur places, des voyous
et des assassins aient reçu leur paquets en conformité avec la
décision de la cour, qui, à propos, a été suivie par des diplomates et
journalistes étrangers. Les clichés propagandistes et faux tels que
«massacre d'Andijan» ou «tir d'une manifestation pacifique» dont
certains médias occidentaux à cette époque ont traité avec diligence
en faisant plaisir à leurs lecteurs naïfs, maintenant, sont tout à
fait devenus vieilleries propagandistes inutiles.

Cependant, parfois, sur Internet, en particulier, lors de
l'anniversaire des événements d'Andijan, les articles sont publiés, où
vous découvrez que certains participants de ces événements, qui ont
réussi à échapper au juste châtiment et ont trouvé un hébergement
«chaud» dans certaines capitales européennes ou aux Etats-Unis, non
seulement sirotent tranquillement whisky dans les bars, mais aussi se
produisent, s’associent avec quelqu'un, organisent quelque chose
quelque part là-bas, en général, n’ont pas abandonné leurs intentions
délirantes et criminelles.

Lorsque j'ai entendu parler de la création dans la ville allemande de
Düsseldorf d’une organisation appelée «Andijan: justice et
renaissance», où les participants des formations de bandit se sont
retranchés, qui ont organisé le massacre dans la ville ouzbèke en mai
2005, mon indignation n'avait pas de limites. Comment osent-ils
utiliser dans le titre de cette organisation criminelle tels mots
sacrés? De quelle justice s’agit-il?

Je me souviens comment au bâtiment de la Cour suprême de la
République, où en 2005 a eu lieu le procès des participants des
événements d'Andijan, beaucoup de gens, y compris les journalistes
étrangers, ont retenu à peine des larmes. Jusqu'à présent, je ne peux
pas oublier certains faits y donnés. Par exemple, le jeune couple avec
un nouveau-né et leur proches sans rien savoir rentraient de l'hôpital
à l’automobile «Jigouli», quand les combattants ont ouvert le feu par
rafales des mitrailleuses, sans avertissement. La voiture s'est
renversée, et la plupart de civils là ont perdu la vie. Un événement
joyeux attendu avec impatience par cette grande famille d'Andijan a
tourné au cauchemar sanglant. Et ces dégénérés appèlle aujourd'hui à
la «justice»? A la renaissance?

Quand j’ai appris que cette organisation est dirigée par un certain
Nurillo Maksudov, je me suis demandé avec embarras étonnement: Est-ce
le même Nurillo Maksudov, assassin et agent provocateur, akromiste et
bandit, l'un des organisateurs les plus actifs des troubles sanglantes
d'Andijan en mai 2005? C'est impossible!

Il s'est avéré possible ...

C'est ce natif de la province d'Andijan, taché de sang et des
infractions pénales, est devenu «surveillant» des akromistes, qui ont
fait leur «nid» en Allemagne.

N.Maksudov a été impliqué dans le groupe Akromiya en 1996 et selon
l’ordre du créateur de cette organisation extrémiste Akrom Youldachev
a été nommé chef du groupement soi-disant «vosit», situé en Andijan.
Les exercices avec des jeunes ont été tenues chaque jour sous la
direction de Nurillo du livre «Le chemin de la vérité», qui a
argumenté la nécessité de la création d'un califat médiéval et du
renversement des régimes actuellement au pouvoir sur tout le
territoire de l'Asie centrale. Il est à noter que «Le chemin de la
vérité» a conçu l’étude détaillée d’automate de Kalachnikov et
d'autres armes.

En février 2005, Maksudov avec ses complices ont organisé un piquet
près du bâtiment de la Cour de la ville d'Andijan. Lors des événements
tragiques dans la ville en mai 2005, il était un membre dirigeant de
la cellule et l’un des principaux organisateurs des actes terroristes,
des pogroms et massacres de personnes innocentes. En particulier,
c’est par sont ordre le procureur de la ville et trois militaires ont
été mitraillés. Il a personnellement ouvert le feu vers les
militaires, les obligeant à contrebattre, alors qu'il se cachait
lâchement derrière les civils.

Après l’échec de l’attentat terroriste, N.Maksudov avec ses autres
bandits et akromistes ont fui au Kirghizistan et sont restés au camp
de «réfugiés» créé par le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les
réfugiés (HCR). Puis, il a réussi à obtenir un statut de «réfugié» et
a été emmené en Allemagne où il vit avec sa famille.

C'est un homme, dont la place est à la prison, est devenu chef de
l'organisation de la «justice et renaissance». Quels sont les
objectifs qu'elle se fixe?

Le principal objectif d'entre eux, c’est «la réhabilitation des
participants des événements d'Andijan de mai 2005. Il est évident que
les «participants» sont ceux qui ont écrasé, tué, mis le feu. Et en
effet, cette organisation accorde une certaine aide financière aux
«victimes» des événements tragiques d'Andijan, mais pour certaines
raisons, seulement aux proches des dirigeants.

Ainsi, Nurillo Maksudov prend toujours soin de ses proches qui sont en
Andijan. Ils se vantent de l’obtention de milliers de dollars
mensuellement de Nurillo devant leurs voisins. A propos, dans la
Charte de l'organisation «Andijan: justice et renaissance», il été
couché noir sur blanc, que le but principal de la société est
l'assistance humanitaire aux réfugiés, aux exilés et (anciens) détenus
ainsi qu’à leurs familles, mais, en aucune façon de ne pas maintenir
des proches des chefs du parti vivants à l'étranger.

Comme vous pouvez le voir, beaucoup d'argent, collecté mensuellement
par des «akromistes» de l’Allemagne est destiné à des «nobles»
objectifs ...

... Après avoir pris connaissance de ces publications, l’hypocrisie de
certains représentants des pays de l'Occident qui aiment à raisonner
sur la démocratie, la légalité et les autres valeurs humaines, et dans
certains cas particuliers, ne sont pas contre pour réchauffer chez eux
ces bandits et meurtriers, appèlle une grande perplexité. Ce n'est pas
par hasard que dans l'une des villes de la  Suède les chefs du parti,
qui appèlle lui même comme le parti d'opposition contre les autorités
actuelles de l'Ouzbékistan, ont tenu une réunion avec Nurillo Maksudov
pour discuter des questions de l'union de «l'opposition ouzbèke».
Vraiment, qui se ressemble s'assembe ...

En Ouzbékistan, on ne sait rien de cette «opposition». Ils n'ont pas
le programme exact, des propositions constructives sur l'avenir de
notre pays. Mais, l’union avec les meurtriers acharnés témoigne de
plusieur et, tout d'abord, de vrais plans et intentions n'ayant rien
de commun avec des fins pacifiques.

Il est encore plus étonnant, que dans certains déclarations les
représentants de cette élite, qui, faisant le discours à la grande
tribune, parfois, affirment qu’Akromiya est un cours modéré et
akromistes sont les peuples pacifiques croyants. Ce n’est pas la
stupidité évidente ou le manque de réflexion profonde, c'est la
calomnie grossière et l'hypocrisie, que tôt ou tard frapperont comme
un boomerang et ces auteurs de ces conclusions «pénétrantes».

Le rôle des akromistes dans les événements d'Andijan pour toutes les
personnes qui réfléchissent objectivement est sans ambiguïté et n’est
pas douteux. Et des centaines de victimes dans le procès judiciaire
ouvert à la Cour suprême de la République, qui s'est tenu en 2005 en
présence des correspondants étrangers, ont exigé la peine la plus
sévère pour les terroristes. Ils ont exigé avec des larmes aux yeux,
parce qu'ils étaient témoins comme les akromistes «pacifiques» ont tué
leurs parents, ont mis le feu au cinéma et aux voiturer, poussé les
gens d’Andijan par la crosse de l’automate vers le meeting
«pacifique»...

LES AKROMISTES COMME DES CAFARDS DANS UNE BOUTEILLE

Probablement, tout le monde ne sait pas qu'en Allemagne une certaine
organisation appelée ... «Andijan: justice et renaissance» fonctionne
tout à fait légalement. Elle a été créée par des malfaiteurs et des
assassins, qui ont organisé le massacre en Andijan en mai 2005. Il est
étonnant que les mots sacrées «la justice» et «la renaissance» sont
utilisés par ceux dont la place est à la prison.

Cette «société» est dirigée par Nurillo Maksudov, figure «éloquente»
de cette organisation. Etant un akromiste éminent et fanatique, qui a
organisé des actes terroristes survenus en Andijan en 2005, il a
réussi à échapper au juste châtiment et se trouve en Allemagne. Son
adjoint Shamsiddin Atamatov a le même passé criminel et mains tachées
de sang.

Sa biographie répète mot à mot celle de Nurillo Maksudov. En 1996, il
a été impliqué dans cette secte religieuse extrémiste, et après trois
ans à l'initiative du fondateur d’Akromiya, A.Youldachev, a été nommé
a été nommé chef du groupement «vosit» en Andijan. Il a opéré sous le
couvert de confiserie, mais personne ne pensait des galettes. Ils ont
étudié profondement «Le chemin de la vérité», rêvé du califat, où les
personnes infidèles seront détruits, et avec grand intérêt se sont
familiarisés ... avec les armes à feu.

En septembre 2004, Atamatov et autres 22 akromistes ont été arrêtés et
l'action publique a été mise en mouvement à l’égard de ces personnes,

éloignés».

En mai 2005, lors des événements d’Andijan, Atamatov a été élargi de
prison avec ses partisans d’Akromiya, s’est emparé d’un fusil,
automate de Kalachnikov, d'autres armes et a pris une part active à
l'attaque du bâtiment de l'administration de la province. Il a été
impliqué dans une fusillade contre des militaires dans différentes
parties de la ville, se moquait de civils pacifiques. Il a tué ceux
qui ont désobéi à ses ordres, même ses complices.

Et puis, la fuite au Kirghizstan, le camp de «réfugiés», l’obtention
d’un statut correspondant et la sortie en Suède, où il vit maintenant
en sécurité.

Récemment, à la radio «Ozodlik» j'ai entendu avec intérêt l’émission
curieuse «Bahs maydoni» (Place de discussion), qui a été suivie par
... Shamsiddin Atamatov. Au début de l’émission, le présentateur de
radio a rappelé aux auditeurs ces jours terribles de mai de 2005 en
Andijan, quand les akromistes ont utilisé les armes à feu contre les
représentants de l'autorité, ainsi que les événements survenus
récemment en Egypte, où les manifestants n'avaient pas d'armes. Notre
«héros» a été posée une question: S’il est vrai qu’alors les
akromistes ont déclenché des mitrailleuses et des pistolets?

Shamsiddin Atamatov n'a pas nié qu’alors ils avaient des armes à feu
avec lesquelles ils avaient tenté soi-disant d'atteindre la «justice».
Ensuite, le présentateur  a posé la question suivante: Les akromistes,
pourraient-ils, présenter leur protestation sans l'utilisation
d’automates, comme c'est arrivé dans la place «Tohrir» de la capitale
de l'Egypte?

Alors le bandit et le coupe-jarret Atamatov a commencé à commettre un
fieffé mensonge et extrêmement invraisemblable. Selon lui, comme si
les membres du personnel des organes chargés de l’application de la
loi ont distribué eux-mêmes les armes aux «simples» citoyens, afin
qu'ils les utilisent contre ... eux-mêmes, c’est-à-dire, contre les
collaborateurs de ces organes. Ça, alors! On ne sait pas s'il faut
rire ou pleurer devant telles absurdités.

Rappelons-nous ces jours tragiques! Comme on le sait, dans la nuit du
12 au 13 mai 2005, un groupe d'hommes armés de pistolets et de fusils,
d'abord ont attaqué le bâtiment du service de patrouille et de
surveillance de la direction de l’intérieur de la province d'Andijan,
où les bandits ont usurpé les armes à feu. Puis, ils ont continué à
attaquer la prison et libérer leurs complices. Les criminels se sont
armés là-bas d'un arsenal supplémentaire, après quoi, ont attaqué
l’unité militaire. De plus,  Shamsiddin et d'autres akromistes, armés
jusqu'aux dents, ont fusillé le personnel de ces établissements, qui
ont été de service. Si les militaires et miliciens ont volontairement
donné leur armes aux citoyens «pacifiques», pourquoi a-t-il fallu les
tuer?

En outre, lors du procès sur les akromistes en 2005 tout le monde est
devenu témoin de la présentation de l’arsenal d’armes des
«manifestants pacifiques». Il y avait non seulement des automates et
des pistolets, mai aussi des grenades, d'engins explosifs et d’autres
choses encore. Par ailleurs, un grand nombre d'armes ont été apportées
en avance, jusqu’au début de ces événements du pays  voisin
Kirghizistan. Faut-il faire rire avec tel mensonge invraisemblable?

D’ailleurs, revenons aux affaires quotidiennes. Maksudov et Atamatov
ont beaucoup de commun, comme nous le savons tous, avant tout, le
passé criminel et sanglant. Pourtant, ce n'est pas un obstacle pour
certaines divergences. Comme un jeune bandit énergique, Shamsiddin
Atamatov a décidé de prendre le pouvoir dans la société «Andijan:
justice et renaissance» dans ses mains. À cette fin, il semble qu’il a
trouvé le soutien chez certains dirigeants de «l'opposition» contre
les autorités ouzbèkes actuelles. En Ouzbékistan, personne ne sait
rien de cette «opposition» et elle n’a pas aucun programme d'action,
mais, néanmoins, ils trouvent un soutien et même sont entretenus par
certains services spéciaux étrangers. En général, Atamatov a
habilement utilisé le fait que Nurillo est une personne malhonnête. Le
dernier dépense mensuellement à cinq mille dollars uniquement pour ses
proches en Andijan, en les volant effrontément des fonds de
l'organisation.

Comment aboutira la lutte des cafards, qui se trouvent fatidiquement
dans une bouteille, je ne prend pas de prédire. Que va changer du
replacement du lieu de termes? Le bandit décrépit avec un passé
sanglant sera remplacé par un autre criminel plus jeune et plus
énergique, qui est même maintenant prêt à tuer, juste lui donnez cette
opportunité. Et il volera des fonds de l'organisation encore plus que
son prédécesseur. Et, peut-être, par protection de soi-disant
«opposants» quelque service secret européen le prendra sous son aile?
C’est que les gens qui trahissent la patrie sont bien payés.

Seulement aux premiers temps, et puis ils sont jetés à la poubelle,
comme les déchets totalement inutiles. Tel est le sort réservé aux
complices de Maksudov, d’Atamatov et aux akromistes et aux autres qui
ont trouvé le refuge quelque part loin de la patrie et essayent de la
vendre profitablement.

En outre, il faut que les gardiens de la démocratie et d'autres
valeurs humaines de la Suède ou de l'Allemagne réfléchissent à ce que
les gens qui versent le sang de personnes innocentes en Andijan, sont
prêts à faire cela dans n'importe quel pays du monde.

Probably not everyone knows that in Germany an organization called… “Andijan – justice and revival” is operating quite legally. It was set up by bandits and killers, who organized a bloody slaughter in Andijan in May 2005. Surprisingly, sacred words like “justice” and “revival” are used by those whose real place is in jail.

This “society” is headed by Nurillo Maksudov, a “vivid” figure in this organization. A known and fanatic akromist, who organized terrorist acts in Andijan in 2005, he managed to avoid a just punishment and find himself in Germany. His deputy, Shamsiddin Atamatov, has same criminal past and arms blood-stained up to his elbows.

His biography is almost the same like the one of Nurillo. In 1996, he joined this religious extremist sect, and three years later, on the initiative of the Akromiya founder A.Yuldashev, he is appointed head of the “vosita” in Andijan. The group acted under the cover of a bakehouse, but no one had really thought about baking bread there. The group members capitally studied “The way to truth”, dreamt of a caliphate where all infidels would be killed, and with great interest studied… the arms.

In September 2004 Atamatov and 22 other akromists were detained, and a criminal case was launched against them, after which they were placed in prison.

In May 2005, during the Andijan events, Atamatov was freed from the prison by his accomplices from Akromiya, took possession of a Kalashnikov and other arms and took the most active part in the attack on the regional administration building. He participated in the exchange of fire with the military in various parts of the city and taunted the civilians. He killed those who disobeyed his orders, even if they were like-minded.

Then followed the escape to Kyrgyzstan, the “refugee” camp, acquiring the corresponding status and moving to Switzerland, where he currently lives without problems.

Recently I listened to an interesting program on Ozodlik radio, called Bakhs Maydoni, with participation of… Shamsiddin Atamatov. In the beginning, the host reminded the listeners about the terrible days of May 2005 in Andijan, when the akromists used firearms against the representatives of the authorities, as well as the recent events in Egypt, where the demonstrators had no arms. Our “hero” was asked a question: Did akromists really used submachine guns and handguns at that time?

Shamsiddin didn’t deny that they had firearms, with which they allegedly tried to reach “justice”. After that the host asked if akromists could show their protest without guns, like this happened at the Tahrir square in Egypt.

Here, the bandit and ruffian Atamatov went to speak a clear and improbable lie. In his words, the representatives of the law enforcement organs allegedly gave the guns to the “ordinary” citizens with their own hands, so that they used these guns against… themselves, that is the law enforcement people. That’s right! How can one make this up? I don’t know if I should laugh or cry over this nonsense.

Let us remember those tragic days. It is known that in the night of 12 and 13 May 2005, a group of people, armed with submachine guns and handguns, attacked a patrol post service of the Andijan Regional Interior Affairs Department, where the bandits seized firearms. After this, the attack on the prison and the freeing of their partners followed. Here, the criminals armed themselves with additional arsenal, after which they attacked the military unit. Shamsiddin and other akromists, armed to the teeth, violently killed the employees of these bodies, who were on duty. If the military and the police voluntarily gave their arms to the “peaceful” citizens, why would they have to be killed?

Moreover, during the trial over akromists in 2005, the whole world was demonstrated the military arsenal of the “peaceful demonstrators”. There were not only submachine guns and handguns, but also grenades, explosives and many other things. And a large part of the arms were brought in advance, before the start of the events, from the neighboring Kyrgyzstan. Who would believe such false statements after this?

But let us go back to the everyday business. Maksudov and Atamatov, as is known, have much in common, firstly, a criminal and bloody past. However, this is not a barrier for some disagreements. As a younger and a more energetic bandit, Shamsiddin Atamatov has decided to take power in the “Andijan – justice and revival” society in his hands. With these goals, he seems to have found support among some leaders of the “opposition” to the present authorities in Uzbekistan. Nobody knows about this “opposition” in Uzbekistan, it has no program of action, however, they find support from some foreign special services and are even fed by them.
